Ad Hoc stuff.. what are we going to do with all that?
Email Bob C and ask him for a copy of sub committee reports and email to everyone.
***Make sure Pat is on the steering email.***
Should BTG be able to order a monthly supply of BB or 12&12s.
-Yes because they are confined alcoholics and it is a meeting.
Who should be the coordinator that is in charge of getting the orders from the people taking meetings in and getting the order to aaron?
-The BTG coordinator will now order all the books for anything BTG related
Should we have an agenda for the monthly meeting each week?
-We can have it available on the website after the steering committee meeting.
-Nicole will send out to the website and the secretary, an agenda for the monthly meeting after each steering committee meeting. Print 50, and make announcement at meeting ***that there will be agenda stuff on the website before the meeting***
